How You'll Succeed
In this role you will:
- Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
- Responsibly mix and serve drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and guests.
- Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
- Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
- Promote positive guest relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
